    What's the story

Ahead of the ICC World Cup 2019, one question that arises is what kind of influence will the spinners have in England and Wales.

Notably, in the recently concluded ODI series between England and Pakistan, the spinners didn't enjoy much success.

But we still feel spin show will be a crucial aspect of the tournament.

Here are the spinners who can dominate the proceedings.

    Tahir

Imran Tahir could light up South Africa's campaign

Imran Tahir enjoyed a productive Indian Premier League (IPL) 2019 campaign, as he won the prestigious Purple Cap.

The veteran South African will want to retire with his head held high.

Tahir's ability to extract bounce, turn and flight will help him keep the batsmen guessing. He can also check the flow of runs.

Tahir has 162 wickets from 98 matches.

    'Rashids'

The case of the two 'Rashids'

Afghanistan's 20-year-old leg-spinner Rashid Khan is known to extract the maximum spin on any surface.

The leg-spinner boasts of consistency and has an ability to pick wickets at crucial junctures. With 125 wickets in just 59 games, Rashid can do wonders.

England will ride on the services of Adil Rashid.

The senior cricketer has enjoyed tremendous success. He has 132 scalps under his belt.

    Chahal, Kuldeep

India's wrist-spinners can have produce magic

India have the deadly combination of Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal.

The two wrist-spinners have played a major role in India's success in the last two seasons.

Indian skipper Virat Kohli may be tempted to use both in several matches, despite the flat nature of the pitches.

Kuldeep will need to regain lost form, whereas, Chahal's confidence is high at the moment.

    Information

Shadab Khan holds the cards for Pakistan

Pakistan will hope that a fit Shadab Khan delivers from the word go. He is a rising star and has enjoyed success in the white ball cricket. Shadab will hold the cards for Pakistan with his leg-spin. He has 47 wickets in 34 matches.
