Delta Airlines response

Delta Airlines said it has offered food and beverages to the affected passengers and will provide hotel accommodations and rebooking options. The airline is cooperating with authorities, including the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), to investigate what happened. The airport, which has been operational since 1939, is known for its congestion due to its location near dense urban neighborhoods. In March, a Delta plane's wing collided with the runway during a landing attempt, resulting in a go-around and an FAA inquiry.
