Ford's 2026 Mondeo gets a fresh look for China
Ford just pulled the wraps off its updated 2026 Mondeo at the Guangzhou Auto Show, and it's hitting Chinese showrooms this week.
With the Focus now discontinued in China, the Mondeo continues as one of the few regular cars in Ford's local lineup.
The new model stands out with a sleeker fastback roofline, bold two-tone 21-inch wheels, and sharp new headlights and taillights.
Under the hood, you get three choices: a 193hp turbo engine, a punchier 257hp option, or an even stronger hybrid pushing out 284hp.
Big screen vibes and smarter tech inside
Inside, there's a huge 27-inch 4K display stretching across the dash—definitely eye-catching.
The redesigned center console now offers wireless charging for two phones at once.
Plus, Ford's latest SYNC+ infotainment system (powered by Qualcomm) means smoother updates and smarter features on tap.
All in all, it feels like Ford is really leaning into comfort and tech with the new Mondeo.
