The Smart Maintenance Plan is available for both private and commercial vehicle owners. Customers can buy the plan either when purchasing a new vehicle or later at any Maruti Suzuki authorized workshop during periodic maintenance services. The company offers various service configurations under this program, including labor-only, parts and labor, commercial vehicle minor services, customer-demanded services, engine oil and coolant replacement packages.
Coverage details
Additional wear-and-tear coverage for select components
The Smart Maintenance Plan also offers additional wear-and-tear coverage for select components such as clutch and brake parts. This feature is particularly beneficial for customers who want extra protection against potential damage to these critical vehicle parts over time. The company claims that the plan can help customers save at least 10% on labor charges, with further savings available on parts and consumables.
Plan flexibility
Coverage valid at any authorized workshop across India
The Smart Maintenance Plan comes with multiple tenure and mileage options to suit different usage patterns. For private vehicle owners, plans range from two years/20,000km to as much as 10 years/1,00,000km. Commercial vehicle customers can choose coverage up to 10 years or 1,60,000km. The plan is valid at any Maruti Suzuki authorized workshop across India, regardless of where it was originally purchased.
