Royal Enfield records its best October ever, sells over 1.24L bikes
Auto
Royal Enfield just had its best October ever, selling 1,24,951 bikes—a solid 13% jump from last year.
Most of this boost came from their popular 350cc models, which saw sales climb by nearly 15%.
Lower prices thanks to GST changes also helped bring more buyers in.
Exports made up about 6.5%
Almost all the action was in India, with over 93% of sales happening at home (1,16,844 bikes). Exports made up about 6.5%.
While bigger bikes (above 350cc) dipped a bit compared to last month, they still managed a small year-on-year gain.
All in all, it's a strong festive season showing, suggesting that Royal Enfield's strategy may be paying off.
