Amazon invites public to tour Indian fulfillment centers

Starting late 2025, Amazon will let people tour its massive fulfillment centers in Delhi NCR and Bengaluru for free.
Announced at the 'Delivering the Future' event in Tokyo, these tours are a chance to see how Amazon's teams and tech handle millions of packages every day.

TL;DR

Delhi NCR and Bengaluru centers

Delhi NCR's center covers 450,000 sq ft, while Bengaluru's is the biggest in India with over 2 million cubic feet of storage.
Tours run three times a week, last about an hour, and are limited to 20 people per session.
You'll be able to register online later this year.

Global public tours program

You'll get up close with Amazon's robots and logistics systems—and meet some of the folks making it all happen behind the scenes.
This is part of Amazon's global public tours program, which has already welcomed over two million visitors worldwide since 2014.
