Anant Raj Cloud bets big on Andhra Pradesh with ₹4,500cr investment

Business

Anant Raj Cloud is pouring ₹4,500 crore into Andhra Pradesh to build new data centers and an IT park, thanks to a fresh deal with the state's Economic Development Board.
The project will roll out in two phases and is set to create around 16,000 jobs—definitely a boost for local talent.

Why this matters

This move isn't just about shiny new tech spaces—it's expected to ramp up Andhra Pradesh's digital infrastructure and create job opportunities.
Out of the total jobs, 8,500 will be direct roles while another 7,500 are expected through supporting industries.
The state board will help smooth out any regulatory bumps so things stay on track.

By the numbers

Right now, Anant Raj Cloud runs at 28 MW capacity in Manesar and Panchkula but has big plans: they're aiming for 307 MW by FY32.
For some perspective, they pulled in ₹1,223 crore revenue and made ₹264 crore profit after tax in just the first half of FY26.
