Business

Ardee Industries just filed for a ₹320 crore IPO, aiming to raise funds by offering new shares and letting promoters sell some of theirs.
The money will help boost working capital, pay off some debt, and support general business needs.

They recycle old energy storage products

They recycle old energy storage products—think batteries—and turn them into lead alloys used in cars and energy sectors.
With a big factory in Andhra Pradesh (104,025 MTPA capacity), they serve over 50 clients and have a presence across 10 Indian states, exporting to places like the US and Japan.
Most of the IPO cash (₹220 crore) will go toward working capital requirements.
