Awfis reports 25.5% revenue growth in Q2 FY26
Awfis reported a 25.5% revenue boost for Q2 FY26, reaching ₹366.86 crore.
Despite this growth—mainly from co-working spaces and construction projects—net profit declined nearly 60% to ₹16 crore, due to rising costs.
Co-working spaces drive revenue growth
Co-working spaces made up 81% of Awfis's revenue this quarter, growing 36% year-on-year to ₹297.4 crore.
Construction and fit-out projects chipped in another ₹69.45 crore, bringing total income for the quarter to ₹393 crore.
Rising costs impact profits
Even with all that growth, profits fell as expenses climbed fast—depreciation rose by 47%, finance costs jumped 55%, and overall spending outpaced revenue gains.
Shares rise on positive outlook
Despite lower profits, Awfis shares went up nearly 5% after results were announced.
The stock closed at ₹637.10 with a market cap of about ₹4,556 crore—showing investors are still confident about its expansion plans in flexible workspaces and beyond.
