Bonfiglioli Transmissions IPO ₹558-₹586 opens Oct 15 and raised ₹759.26cr
Bonfiglioli Transmissions, the Indian arm of Italy's Bonfiglioli S.p.A. is launching its IPO with shares priced between ₹558 and ₹586.
The offer opens October 15 and closes October 19.
Ahead of the main sale, the company already raised ₹759.26 crore from big institutional investors who snapped up shares at the top end of the price range.

The IPO is worth a total of ₹2,533.8 crore, all from existing shares being sold by its Italian parent company.
Mutual funds like SBI Mutual Fund and ICICI Prudential AMC joined global heavyweights like Goldman Sachs and BlackRock in backing the anchor round.
