BSNL to launch cheap broadband plans starting at Rs. 349
State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced three new lost-cost unlimited broadband plans for its new and existing customers in India. The upcoming plans, set to go live from July 1, will offer up to 3GB of daily data at up to 8Mbps speed. Notably, they will be available across all regions except Andaman and Nicobar circle. Here are the finer details.
2GB BSNL CUL: Priced at Rs. 349
The 2GB BSNL CUL plan is the cheapest option at Rs. 349 per month. Under this plan, you'll get 2GB daily data at up to 8Mbps speed. After the FUP limit is reached, you'll get unlimited data access at up to 1Mbps speed. The plan also offers unlimited free calling to BSNL network and free calls worth Rs. 600 on any network within India.
2GB CUL: Priced at Rs. 399 per month
In the list of upcoming plans, the second option is the 2GB CUL plan. Priced at Rs. 399 per month, it offers 2GB daily data at up to 8Mbps and up to 1Mbps speed beyond FUP limit - just like the Rs. 349 plan. Moreover, this plan comes with unlimited free calling benefit to any network within India.
3GB CUL: Priced at Rs. 499
This plan offers 3GB data per day at up to 8Mbps speed. After the FUP limit is reached, you'll get unlimited data access at upto 1Mbps speed. This Rs. 499 monthly pack also offers unlimited voice calling benefits to any network within the country. Notably, all the aforementioned plans also come with one free email ID with 1GB space.
BSNL recently launched a Hotstar 300 broadband plan
Recently, BSNL introduced a new Superstar 300 broadband plan which comes with free Hotstar Premium subscription. The plan costs Rs. 749 per month and offers 300GB of data at up to 50Mbps.
