Royal Enfield-parent's Q2 results: Net profit rises 24% to ₹1,369cr

Eicher Motors, the parent company of Royal Enfield, has reported a consolidated net profit of ₹1,369 crore for the second quarter of FY26. The figure marks a 24% increase from the same period last year when it stood at ₹1,100 crore. The company's revenue from operations also witnessed a significant jump of 45%, reaching ₹6,172 crore in Q2 FY26 as compared to ₹4,263 crore in Q2 FY25.
Sales surge
Total vehicle sales spike during festive season
Eicher Motors's total vehicle sales witnessed a massive spike in the second quarter, owing to strong performance from both its divisions. Royal Enfield sold 327,067 motorcycles during this period, marking a 45% year-on-year (YoY) increase from last year's 225,317 units. VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) also saw an increase in sales with 21,901 units sold compared to last year's figures during the same period.

B Govindarajan, Managing Director of Eicher Motors Ltd and CEO of Royal Enfield, commented on the company's performance. He said, "This has been a truly encouraging quarter for Eicher Motors as we recorded strong performance across the board for both Royal Enfield and VECV." He further added that they witnessed an outstanding festive season with record sales of 249,000 units.
