IndiGo's Delhi-London Heathrow flights take off in February 2026
IndiGo is launching direct flights from Delhi to London Heathrow starting February 2, 2026—making it even easier to hop between India and the UK.
The airline will run five roundtrips a week using Boeing 787s leased from Norse Atlantic Airways, bumping up its total London flights to 12 per week (including daily Mumbai-Heathrow service).
Flight timings and IndiGo's global push
Flights leave Delhi at 09:40 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, landing in London just before 3pm.
Return trips depart Heathrow at 17:15 and reach Delhi early the next morning.
This move is part of IndiGo's bigger plan to expand globally—recently adding spots like Denpasar, Manchester, Krabi, Hanoi, and Guangzhou.
Facing off with Air India & others
IndiGo's new route will go head-to-head with Air India's hefty schedule of 28 weekly Delhi-Heathrow flights (with multiple cabin classes), plus competition from British Airways and Virgin Atlantic.
