Infosys confirms 70% bonus, range 65% to 80% across levels
Infosys just rolled out a 70% performance bonus for April through June 2026, same as last quarter, but a bit less than last year.
Bonus amounts varied across employee levels and performance categories, ranging from 65% to 80%, with folks at JL4 and JL5 getting slightly more than those at JL6.

Infosys profit ₹7,769 cr, pay hikes
Even with smaller bonuses, Infosys posted a solid 12% jump in net profit for the April-June quarter (₹7,769 crore), though revenue growth projections have been dialed back.
Most employees saw salary hikes of 5% to 8% by February after the recent appraisal cycle.
If you're at JL4 or JL5, more pay revisions are expected soon; higher levels will see changes in January 2027.
