New NPCI rule speeds up UPI transaction disputes

From July 15, 2025, banks in India can fast-track genuine UPI refund requests without waiting for NPCI's green light.
This means if your payment gets stuck, is duplicated, or you face fraud, your bank can sort it out much quicker using a new process called RGNB.
