PhysicsWallah's ₹3,480cr IPO to open tomorrow: Here's how to apply

PhysicsWallah, the popular edtech startup founded by Alakh Pandey and Prateek Boob, is going public with its IPO opening on November 11.
The company is looking to raise ₹3,100 crore through fresh shares, with an additional ₹380 crore via an offer-for-sale by existing shareholders, bringing the total IPO size to ₹3,480 crore.
The company already secured ₹1,562.8 crore from big investors ahead of time.

50% of the offer is set aside for institutional buyers

Shares are priced between ₹103-109 each. Of the total offer, 50% is set aside for institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional folks, and 35% for regular retail investors.
If all goes as planned, trading will start on BSE and NSE from November 18.
Most of the funds will go into expanding centers, tech upgrades, and marketing—so PhysicsWallah seems ready to level up its game.
