However, despite the surge in revenue, Swiggy still posted a net loss of ₹881 crore for the quarter ending September 2025.

In the third quarter, Swiggy's employee costs stood at ₹616 crore, while depreciation was recorded at ₹23 crore. Other expenses amounted to ₹2,215 crore during this period. Notably, equity share capital increased slightly from ₹230 crore in June 2025 to ₹232 crore in September 2025.
