Yotta Data Services unveils $6B AI GPU expansion plan
Yotta Data Services just dropped news of a $6 billion plan to boost its AI infrastructure, aiming to keep up with the huge demand from both Indian and global clients.
It's ramping up its NVIDIA Blackwell GPU deployment from 20,000 to 30,000 units ($3 billion is going into that alone) with the first batch going live by September and more coming in November.
Yotta eyes IPO raising over $1.5B
Yotta isn't stopping there: it's also putting $600 million toward 8,000 NVIDIA B200 GPUs that are expected to go live within a month and considering adding another 36,000-37,000 next-generation GB300 or Vera Rubin GPUs next year.
With about 75% of its orders coming from overseas (think US and Europe), Yotta wants India on the map as a global AI hub.
Plus, it's gearing up for a big IPO soon, hoping to raise over $1.5 billion from major investors.
