Aamir Khan's new film "Sitaare Zameen Par" is off to a flying start, pulling in over ₹123 crore worldwide in its first week—already topping the total earnings of Sunny Deol's "Jaat."
The movie also stars Genelia Deshmukh and is directed by RS Prasanna.

'Sitaare Zameen Par' gets special screening at Rashtrapati Bhavan

The film made ₹82.40 crore in India alone, boosted by strong word of mouth from both fans and critics.
As a spiritual sequel of the 2007 classic "Taare Zameen Par," it brings back Khan in a heartfelt role as Gulshan, who mentors neurodivergent adults.
Its message on inclusion got an extra spotlight with a special screening at Rashtrapati Bhavan attended by President Droupadi Murmu and the cast—making this more than just another box office hit.
