Alia's 'Alpha' gets new release date, to avoid this clash
Entertainment
Yash Raj Films just revealed that Alpha, starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari as lead agents, will release in theaters on July 10, 2026.
Directed by Shiv Rawail, the film also features Anil Kapoor (as RAW chief Vikrant Kaul) and Bobby Deol, with Bobby Deol reported to play the antagonist.
This is Bhatt's first time joining the YRF Spy Universe, the same franchise behind hits like War and Pathaan.
Here's why 'Alpha' was delayed
Alpha was initially set for April 17, 2026, to amp up the VFX for a visually spectacular experience.
Now it's landing in July to avoid clashing with Salman Khan's Battle of Galwan.
And yes, Alpha is definitely coming to theaters only, not straight to streaming.
