Here we break it down.

Parineeti is bubbly Jasmeet, who is ambitious
Helmed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, 'Namaste England' features Parineeti Chopra in a bubbly avatar as Jasmeet. Interestingly, Katrina also played the role of Jasmeet in 'Namaste London'. But while she was an NRI, Parineeti plays the role of a desi Punjabi girl. The actress seems to be in her usual, carefree self as we have seen in movies like 'Golmaal Again' and 'Ishaqzaade'.
Arjun Kapoor is back as 'bindas' Param
Arjun Kapoor plays the role of 'bindas munda' Param. Yeah, the name will surely take you back to his role in 'Ishaqzaade', but the two roles are poles apart. However, it seems his role has some flavors of his character in 'Ki and Ka'. He is seen as a strong man who gives unconditional support to his wife and her ambitions.
Trailer is all about humor, love and women empowerment
'Namaste England' is a story about a happily married couple and both have a different outlook towards life. Parineeti is ambitious and aspires to go to England to achieve something. On the other hand, Arjun is the supportive husband who goes beyond limits to stand by his wife. The question is: how far will he go to be with his love?
The angle of women empowerment
'Namaste England' strongly talks about how girls are suppressed in the society and are not allowed to follow their dreams. It shows how girls, who are forced to crush their aspirations because of the conservative, patriarchal society, suffer. Looks like the movie will instigate a new debate on women empowerment.
Punjabi touch adds flavor in this rom-com
Apart from the serious topic of women empowerment, 'Namaste England' has a rich humor quotient too. The touch of Punjabi culture also adds a different flavor to the movie and creates some wonderful moments. 'Namaste England' is slated to release on October 19 this year.
