Directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna, this star-packed film also features Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi, and Sara Arjun.
It's just the first chapter of a planned franchise—Part 2 is already lined up for March 19, 2026 (Eid 2026).
In numbers:
The movie has crossed ₹450 crore nett in India and pulled in over ₹524 crore gross domestically. Globally, it's earned between ₹639-664.5 crore in just 13 days—including a huge overseas haul of around ₹130-140 crore.
"Dhurandhar" even beat "Padmaavat's" lifetime global earnings (₹585 crore) within only 11 days!
Its opening day saw a strong ₹27 crore nett—the second-highest for any film this year.
Still going strong
Even with competition from "Avatar: Fire and Ash," "Dhurandhar" isn't slowing down much.
Its second week brought nearly ₹230 crore nett (up 20% from week one), keeping it on track to possibly hit that massive ₹1,000 crore global milestone soon.
