Donald Glover reveals he suffered a stroke during tour

Donald Glover, better known as Childish Gambino, just shared that he suffered a stroke while on The New World Tour.
He opened up about the experience at Tyler, the Creator's Camp Flog Knaw Carnival on November 22, 2025.
Because of this health scare, his tour ended early after only 18 shows.

Health struggles and the end of an era

Glover's health issues started with a really bad pain in his head during a Louisiana show and led to a stroke diagnosis in Houston.
On top of that, he was dealing with a broken foot and heart problems needing surgery.
These setbacks forced him to cancel the rest of his tour—which was supposed to run until February 2025—and marked his final chapter performing as Childish Gambino.
