Political journey

Kalyan's 3 films in various stages

OG is among the three films Kalyan committed to before stepping into politics. His party, JSP, secured victory in the 2024 Andhra Pradesh elections through its alliance with TDP and BJP. The other two films he committed to before entering politics were Krish and Jyothi Krishna's Hari Hara Veera Mallu and Harish Shankar's Ustaad Bhagat Singh. While HHVM failed to impress, Ustaad's release date is yet to be announced.
