Patel insisted for change in perception about Sunny
In Indore to announce a 'yatra' in Madhya Pradesh, Patel questioned that why cannot people view Sunny as an actress on-screen, independent of her old image of a porn star.
He wants the nation to look at her the way it looks at Nargis, Sridevi, or Madhuri Dixit.
Notably, Patel has spoken in Sunny's favor earlier as well.

Meanwhile, Sunny's name has cropped up in a Bitcoin scam
Sunny recently made headlines when her name came up in an alleged Bitcoin scam worth Rs. 2,000 crore.
Media reports suggest that she could soon be questioned by the Enforcement Directorate regarding the same.
She had apparently campaigned for a company owned by Amit Bhardwaj, who is an accused in the case.
