Nelson Dilipkumar, the acclaimed director of Rajinikanth's record-breaking film Jailer, is reportedly planning to collaborate with Tollywood actor Jr NTR. This comes after an unsuccessful attempt to work with Allu Arjun, the star of Pushpa 2. According to 123Telugu, Nelson has shared several story ideas with NTR who was particularly impressed by one. As of now, an official announcement regarding this project is still awaited.

Reportedly, the collaboration is close to being finalized, with a major production house showing interest in funding the movie Meanwhile, NTR is busy with his debut Bollywood film War 2 opposite Hrithik Roshan and Devara: Part 2. The former, which is a part of the YRF Spy Universe, has been in the making since February and will be released in 2025.
