In what has come as a shocker to the television fraternity, a 37-year-old telly actress has been molested by a man at a fitness centre in Andheri, Mumbai. The victim has taken the matter to the Amboli police who have registered a case against the suspect. Here's all about the case.

The suspect has been after the actress for a while
The actress has accused a man named Vishwanath Shetty of misbehaving with her, after she turned down his demands for sexual favours. Reports suggest that the actress had a confrontation with Vishwanath as he had sent some inappropriate messages to her friends. He then terrorized her in front of her pals.

Police have begun the investigation
The police have filed a number of charges against the suspect. Paramjit Singh Dahiya, the Deputy Commissioner of police, said that they are going to check the CCTV footage of the Andheri fitness centre. As per the investigative officer, Daya Nayak, a notice has been issued to Vishwanath to appear for the inquiries.
