Netflix just released the trailer for "Kurukshetra," marking India's debut into mythological animation.
The series retells the Mahabharata's epic 18-day battle, zooming in on 18 warriors and their personal struggles with right and wrong.
It's set to premiere on October 10, 2025.

Created by Anu Sikka and directed by Ujaan Ganguly, "Kurukshetra" features voices like Vinod Sharma and Sahil Vaid, with the story unfolding through characters such as Arjuna and Draupadi.
Split into two parts (nine episodes each), it promises a modern spin on an ancient classic—plus music by Sameeb Sen and lyrics from Gulzar to round out the experience.
