Chopra's return to Indian cinema
Chopra expressed her excitement about Globetrotter and interacted with fans during an AskPCJ session on X (formerly Twitter). A fan asked, "Is this your grand return to Indian cinema or a whole new PCJ era?" To this, she said, "Hopefully a new era and my return to Indian films. I'm not sure. But I know it will be incredible." Her last Indian project was the 2019 drama The Sky Is Pink with Farhan Akhtar.

Chopra also shared her experience of working in the Telugu film industry. She said, "It's still early days for me on the movie but it's been Adiri poyindi (super)!!!! Also the biryani is the best in the world in Hyderabad." On delivering dialogues in Telugu, she said, "It's obviously not my first language but SS Rajamouli sir has been so helpful. I will be able to deliver my Telugu lines and live up to your expectations."

The makers of Globetrotter are preparing for a grand event at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad, on Saturday. The event will reportedly unveil the film's title and teaser. Touted as The Grand Globetrotter Event, it will be live-streamed on JioHotstar for global audiences. With Chopra and Sukumaran's looks and Rajamouli's vision, Globetrotter is already one of the most anticipated cinematic events in recent memory.
