Veteran filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and his wife Pramila (also known as Pinkie) have bought five commercial office units in Mumbai's Andheri area for ₹19.68 crore, reported SquareYards. The purchase was made from Vaidya Spaces Private Limited in a building called Vaidya West World One Aeropolis. The transaction was registered on November 19, 2025, per property registration documents.

The first property bought by Roshan is worth ₹3.27 crore with a RERA carpet area of 1,259 sq ft, along with two car parking spaces. The second property, costing ₹2.83 crore and covering 1,089 sq ft, also includes two car parking spaces. The third property, valued at ₹4.85 crore and spanning 1,869 sq ft, was bought by Pramila and comes with two car parking spaces, too.

The fourth property, costing ₹5.28 crore with a RERA carpet area of 2,033 sq ft, was also bought by Pramila. The fifth property is worth ₹3.43 crore and has a RERA carpet area of 1,322 sq ft. The total registration fees for these properties amount to ₹1.5 lakh along with a stamp duty of over ₹1.18 crore.

Interestingly, the building where Elon Musk's Starlink Satellite Communications Private Ltd has leased space is the same one where the Roshan family made their earlier acquisition.
