What's the story

In a shocking turn of events, a lawsuit filed by two former business partners of Priscilla Presley has claimed that actor Riley Keough is the biological mother of actors John Travolta and Kelly Preston's youngest son, Ben. The complaint alleges that Presley's late daughter, Lisa Marie Presley's ex-husband Michael Lockwood, revealed this information to one of the plaintiffs, Brigitte Kruse. Lockwood reportedly said Keough was paid between $10,000 and $20,000 for egg donation to Preston. Keough is Lisa Marie's daughter.

Alleged agreement

The lawsuit, reviewed by Entertainment Weekly, states that Lockwood said Travolta and Preston "approached" the Presleys for an egg donation around 2010. It also claims that Travolta and Preston "previously used Lisa Marie's eggs to get pregnant," but does not clarify if any such pregnancy was carried to term. The complaint further alleges that the couple "no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie's eggs because they did not want 'eggs with heroin' on them." Kevin Fialko is the other plaintiff.

Alleged involvement

Lockwood reportedly said Travolta and Preston "orchestrated a deal" where Keough, then 20, "gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta." The plaintiffs' lawyer Jordan Matthews said this amended complaint is about revealing the truth and correcting the record. He added that Kruse and Fialko are confident that the truth will prevail despite being exposed to constant volatility. The duo's lawsuit is against Presley's son, Navarone Garcia, over breach of contract.

Legal response

Presley's attorney condemned lawsuit as 'shameful'

Marty Singer, an attorney for Presley, slammed the filing in a statement to Us. He said Kruse and Fialko have shown that they will go to any lengths to cause further pain to Presley and her family. "These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case," he added. The lawsuit also claims Lockwood wanted to use his knowledge of Ben's parentage for a settlement after Lisa Marie's death in 2023.

Family details

Travolta and Preston's children and previous statements

Travolta and Preston had three children: Jett, Ella, and Ben. Jett, born in 1992, sadly died in 2009. Ella was born in 2000, Ben in 2010. After Jett's tragic death, Lisa Marie defended Travolta and Preston in a blog post, calling them her "very good friends" and "the sweetest people in the world." Meanwhile, Travolta mourned Lisa Marie's death online, saying he would miss her. He also expressed his love for Keough, Presley, and Lisa Marie's twins, Harper and Finley.
