In a shocking turn of events, a lawsuit filed by two former business partners of Priscilla Presley has claimed that actor Riley Keough is the biological mother of actors John Travolta and Kelly Preston's youngest son, Ben. The lawsuit, reviewed by Entertainment Weekly, states that Lockwood said Travolta and Preston "approached" the Presleys for an egg donation around 2010. It also claims that Travolta and Preston "previously used Lisa Marie's eggs to get pregnant," but does not clarify if any such pregnancy was carried to term. The complaint further alleges that the couple "no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie's eggs because they did not want 'eggs with heroin' on them." Kevin Fialko is the other plaintiff.

Keough's alleged role in egg donation at 20
Lockwood reportedly said Travolta and Preston "orchestrated a deal" where Keough, then 20, "gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta." The plaintiffs' lawyer Jordan Matthews said this amended complaint is about revealing the truth and correcting the record. He added that Kruse and Fialko are confident that the truth will prevail despite being exposed to constant volatility. The duo's lawsuit is against Presley's son, Navarone Garcia, over breach of contract.

Presley's attorney condemned lawsuit as 'shameful'
Marty Singer, an attorney for Presley, slammed the filing in a statement to Us. He said Kruse and Fialko have shown that they will go to any lengths to cause further pain to Presley and her family. "These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case," he added. The lawsuit also claims Lockwood wanted to use his knowledge of Ben's parentage for a settlement after Lisa Marie's death in 2023.
