Renowned singer Shaan and his wife Radhika Mukherjee have reportedly purchased a luxurious apartment in Mumbai's Bandra West for ₹48 crore. The property, located at Palmera on Turner Road, spans over 6,300 square feet and was created by merging three separate apartments across one-and-a-half floors on the building's 18th level. The deal was brokered by Propbay India LLP and registered on Thursday.

The purchase holds sentimental value for Shaan as his late father, musician Manas Mukherjee, also resided in Bandra.
An insider close to the singer told Mirror, "It is a luxury property on Bandra's Turner Road."
"The three units have been combined across approximately one-and-a-half floors."
This purchase further strengthens the family's connection to the area.

Features of the new residence
Shaan's new residence is part of a project developed by Pantheion Real Estate on the former site of veteran actor Mala Sinha's bungalow.
The 22-story building features a swimming pool and a bar on its 23rd floor.
However, the project is still awaiting its Occupancy Certificate (OC) before it can be officially occupied.

Meanwhile, Shaan collaborates with Saif Ali Khan after 2 decades
Apart from his real estate investment, Shaan has also made a career move.
He recently collaborated with Saif Ali Khan after nearly two decades for the song Mera Hero Hai Woh from the upcoming film Haiwaan.
Speaking about this reunion in a statement, he said, "I've had a special connection with Saif over the years."
The film also stars Akshay Kumar and is directed by Priyadarshan.
