#NagalandFloods: Sushant Singh Rajput offers Rs 1.25 crore donation
Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput clearly knows the art of winning hearts not just by his excellent acting skills but also by his kind gestures. The actor, who had won praises for his donation towards Kerala floods, has once again donated Rs 1.25 crore to Nagaland which is also facing the chaos caused by floods. Here are more details.
Sushant met Nagaland CM Neiphiu Rio to discuss the current situation in the flood-stricken state. Reportedly, he canceled all his appointments for the day to meet Rio as soon as he was informed about Nagaland floods. He even shared a picture of his meeting with Rio on Instagram and thanked him for the hospitality.
Neiphiu was overwhelmed with Sushant's willingness to help, and thanked him for visiting and donating for the flood-stricken state. He even stated that Sushant's selfless contribution is encouraging and would motivate others to come forward and support Nagaland at this crucial hour. Notably, Sushant is the only Bollywood actor who has come forward to help Nagaland so far.

Earlier, Sushant had also donated Rs. 1 crore on behalf of an Instagram fan towards the Kerala floods. He even shared a post about it on Instagram and thanked his fan for making him do this contribution. This was not all. He also sent his team to help with the on-ground relief work in the state.
Currently, Sushant is busy with shooting for his upcoming movie 'Kedarnath' opposite Sara Ali Khan. Helmed by Abhishek Kapoor, the movie is based on the 2013 Uttarakhand floods that ravaged Kedarnath. Reportedly, 'Kedarnath', which was slated to release on November 30 this year, has now been pushed to 2019 to avoid a clash with Akshay Kumar, Rajinikanth starrer '2.0'.
