Taylor Swift announces limited-edition acoustic CDs of 'Showgirl'
Taylor Swift just announced eight new acoustic tracks from her album The Life of a Showgirl.
The original album, released back on October 3, 2024, made headlines by selling 2.7 million copies on day one—second only to Adele's 25 in US history.
These fresh acoustic versions will be available as four limited-edition CDs you can snag only from Swift's website, but heads up—they're available for just 24 hours.

Swift announced the release on Instagram, sharing cover art and mentioning she teamed up with Max and Shellback for these special versions.
The tracklist features songs like Opalite (Life Is A Song Acoustic Version) and Elizabeth Taylor (So Glamorous Cabaret Version).
On top of that, The Life of a Showgirl broke vinyl records too—selling 1.2 million copies in a week and beating her own previous record from The Tortured Poets Department released in 2024.
