Harris reportedly found him early morning and called the crisis team again, but "despite the condition that Tylor was in, they left him on the street."

Harris in his own Instagram video explained that Chase was in a 36-hour medical hold during which they managed to get him "clean, detoxed, physically clean." However, despite the intervention from a professional rehabilitation coach who flew in from Boston and had his family on the phone, Chase wasn't ready to accept help. Harris urged Riverside City not to let Chase "slip through the cracks" if he comes in again.
