A total of 11 fire tenders were sent to the scene. By the time they arrived, the blaze had already engulfed more than half of the workshop.
Firefighters took nearly four hours to contain the blaze
According to reports, it took firefighters nearly four hours to contain the blaze due to the presence of combustible materials such as fuel and lubricants commonly found in auto workshops. The fire was finally brought under control around 7:00am. Out of approximately 20 luxury vehicles that were in the workshop for servicing or repairs at the time of the incident, only five survived the blaze.
No employees were present
Fortunately, no employees were present in the workshop during the fire. Preliminary investigations suggest that a short circuit may have been responsible for starting the fire. However, officials have stated that further investigation is underway to determine the exact cause and fully assess the extent of damage caused by this incident.
