Jammu and Kashmir Police have taken down a major terror network stretching across states, with links to Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and an al-Qaeda affiliate.
Raids in Srinagar, Anantnag, Ganderbal, Shopian, and Faridabad led to the arrest of seven suspects—including two doctors—and the seizure of nearly 2,900kg of bomb-making materials.

This crackdown targeted a "white-collar terrorism" group made up of radicalized professionals.
Police found 350kg of ammonium nitrate, timers, assault rifles, pistols—even booklets on making IEDs—pointing to plans for large-scale attacks.
The investigation is still on as authorities dig into funding trails and international connections.
One suspect was caught after CCTV showed him putting up pro-JeM posters.
