BJP's G Bhanuprakash Reddy sues Prakash Raj over 'Ramayana' remarks

BJP State spokesperson G Bhanuprakash Reddy has taken actor Prakash Raj to court, saying Raj made inflammatory comments about Lord Rama and the Ramayana at the Kerala Literature Festival.
The remarks went viral online and were described as hurtful to Hindu sentiments.
Reddy seeks court over Aryan-Dravidian theory
Reddy's complaint also says Raj's reference to the Aryan-Dravidian theory stirred up regional tension and threatened cultural unity.
After earlier complaints saw no action, Reddy is now asking the court to step in, stressing that such statements can create rifts between communities and should be addressed seriously.
