Delhi airport's air traffic control hit by tech glitch

India

A big tech glitch hit Delhi airport's air traffic control on Thursday, messing with the system that handles flight plans and weather updates.
Over 800 flights were delayed and a few got canceled before the Airports Authority of India fixed things.
Even though the main problem is sorted, some delays might still linger as everything gets back on track.

AAI working to clear the backlog

The AAI says they're working hard to clear the backlog and get things running smoothly again.
This whole episode really shows just how crucial that tech is for keeping flights moving.
