Delhi HC says no to court-monitored probe in Red Fort blast case

The Delhi High Court has turned down a request to set up a special committee for closely monitoring the Red Fort blast trial.
Dr. Pankaj Pushkar, who filed the plea, wanted a day-to-day trial and monthly status reports from the probe agency, but the judges felt these worries were a bit early since the trial hasn't even started yet.

The court pointed out that Dr. Pushkar's concerns would only matter once the trial actually begins.
Plus, officials shared that the investigation is now with the National Investigation Agency (NIA), not Delhi Police.
