Delhi man arrested after 13-Year fugitive stint

Rajeev, 45, was arrested in Bengaluru after dodging police for over a decade.
He's accused of kidnapping and murdering his cousin Sunil Kumar back in 2009, reportedly because of Kumar's relationship with another family member.
Sunil went missing from Delhi's Burari area and was later found dead in Ghaziabad.
