Delhi Metro changes start and last train timings for Diwali

India Nov 06, 2026

Heads up if you're heading out this Diwali!

Delhi Metro will start trains an hour earlier, at 6am on the Pink, Magenta, and Grey Lines.

Plus, the last train on all lines (including Airport Express) will leave at 10pm instead of the usual 11pm.

DMRC urges commuters to check timings

DMRC says these changes are to help everyone get around more smoothly during the festive rush.

So if you're planning a late night or an early start, make sure to double-check timings on its website or social channels before you head out.
