Delhi Police have filed fresh FIRs against Al-Falah University on charges of cheating and forgery, as investigations into the Red Fort car blast on November 10—which killed 12 people—continue.
The main suspect, Dr. Umar un-Nabi, was seen in CCTV footage with several phones before the explosion—hinting at a wider network.
He drove a Hyundai i20 that exploded near the historic site.
