Delhi woman's suicide attempt following alleged rape, blackmail

In Delhi, a 19-year-old woman tried to end her life on June 18, accusing her neighbor Rehan of repeatedly raping her since she was a minor and blackmailing her with explicit videos.
According to her mother, Rehan promised marriage, forced her into two abortions, and later refused to marry her when confronted.
