Delhi's air quality gets a tiny boost, but the air is still risky
India
Delhi's air got a slight break from pollution on Tuesday, with the AQI dipping to 341 (down from 360 on Monday).
But don't celebrate just yet—thick smog is still hanging around, and the city's air remains pretty unhealthy after weeks of toxic levels.
Pollution levels differ across neighborhoods
Not all parts of Delhi are breathing the same air. Some spots like Bawana and Jahangirpuri are facing severe pollution with AQI over 400, while areas like Lodhi Road saw much lower numbers.
The ongoing smog means more people—especially kids, seniors, and those with health issues—are at risk for breathing problems.
