Emotional farewell for plane crash victim Shradha Dhavan
Shradha Dhavan, a cabin supervisor who lost her life in the recent Air India plane crash, was laid to rest in Mumbai on Thursday.
Her body was brought home after four days, with family, friends, and colleagues from 'Nishad' housing society and Air India coming together to say goodbye.
The tragic crash happened just after takeoff from Ahmedabad and claimed 241 lives.

Dhavan's father carried her coffin home—a moment that deeply moved everyone present.
Her 15-year-old daughter and father performed the final rites at a nearby crematorium, while her brother placed a piece of her sari and nameplate on the pyre.
Friends remembered Shradha for her kindness and dedication at work, promising to keep her memory alive through their stories and shared experiences.
