Groom killed in hit-and-run just before wedding in UP

Just hours before his wedding, Subodh Kumar from Pichokra village lost his life in a hit-and-run accident in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh.
While waiting for the ceremony to start at Saroorpur Kalan, he stepped aside after feeling unwell and was struck by a speeding truck that dragged him several meters before fleeing.
Despite being rushed to the hospital, doctors couldn't save him.

Police searching for driver

Police are now reviewing CCTV footage to track down the truck and its driver.
Kumar's body has been sent for post-mortem, and a formal case will be filed once his family submits a complaint.
