IMD warns Uttarakhand hills: rain, thunderstorms and snowfall above 4,200m

Dehradun, Tehri Garhwal, and Haridwar are on an orange alert with possible thunderstorms, lightning, and winds up to 50km per hour. Other districts are on watch.
Heavy rain is likely in spots like Chakrata and Mussoorie too.
