India Today probe finds fake paneer, milk, khoya sold Delhi-NCR

These products come from production units in Haryana's Mewat and milk/khoya operators in U.P.'s Shamli and Baghpat, ending up in local markets while many consumers have no idea what they're actually buying.
Suppliers admit mixing vanaspati and soapstone
Factory owners and suppliers openly admitted to mixing things like vanaspati, Dalda, and soapstone to cut costs.
One supplier said pure paneer just isn't available there anymore.
The real danger? Substances like soapstone can seriously harm your kidneys and lungs, and increase cancer risk.
