IndiGo cancels flights in Kolkata, leaving travelers stranded

IndiGo canceled 10 flights to and from Kolkata on Saturday because of crew shortages, with some flights from Delhi and Nagpur also affected.
On top of that, 85 more flights were delayed, creating a tough day for many passengers.

Why all the chaos?

The airline says it's been hit by tech glitches, winter schedule changes, bad weather, airport congestion, and new crew rules—all piling up over the past couple of days.
IndiGo apologized for the inconvenience caused to passengers.
